Our commitment to accessibility

We work to make the website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and with Israeli Standard (IS) 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at Level AA.

Accessibility level of the website

The website was designed and built in line with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. An internal accessibility review conducted in July 2026 on the website’s main templates, in Hebrew and in English, on desktop and on mobile, found the website’s pages to meet the core Level AA requirements, subject to the limitations listed below.

Accessibility features implemented on the website

• Semantic page structure: a single main heading per page, a correct heading hierarchy, and defined navigation, content and footer regions for assistive technologies.
• Alternative text (alt) for all images, with decorative images marked so they do not interfere with screen readers.
• Keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
• A side menu with full ARIA labeling: named controls, an open/closed state announcement and menu region identification.
• Accessible forms with labels linked to all fields.
• Color contrast meeting Level AA requirements for the website’s main text and elements.
• A responsive layout supporting zoom and screen widths down to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
• A declared page language (Hebrew or English) for screen readers.
• No flashing content, no auto-playing animation and no time limits.

Limitations and components not yet fully accessible

• PDF files offered for download on the website (such as publications and presentations) may not be fully accessible. Please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
• External services linked from the website, such as the meeting-scheduling system, are subject to the accessibility arrangements of the parties operating them.
• The review referred to above is an internal review and does not constitute certification by an external body.
• The website is updated from time to time, and isolated accessibility issues may occur. We welcome any feedback and will fix such issues promptly.
